Spy's name is unknown. He is the median-height, with a spindly build.

In-game, he has a skintone on the pale end of mid-brown, with a distinctly pinkish tone. He uses the generic blue eye model. He has a oval face with a sharp jaw, and a triangular nose with a slight hook to it.

In the comics, he is drawn with a mid-brown, paler skintone, and its shown to grow greying facial hair.
